RSG designed the Basic Needs Microgrant program to provide short-term financial assistance to students for essential items. Funding is open to all graduate and professional student programs as funding permits. Our program has been supported in the past by the Rackham Graduate School, Central Student Government, the Law School Student Senate, and the generosity of private donors.
