RSG Elections have been postponed to November 30th and December 1st. Accordingly, students interested in running for a seat on the Board now have until Friday November 13th to submit a candidacy application.

RSG seeks YOU to be a representative! Join us in our work as liaison between grad students and campus and Rackham administration, in our efforts to provide grad students with social as well as academic opportunities, and in our national and state lobbying endeavors!
Apply! Send an email to RSGelections@umich.edu by Monday, Nov. 2, at 5 p.m. to indicate your intent to run. Submit a statement of interest (500 words or fewer) that includes the reason you are running and the details of your campaign platform.
Not sure? Come to our informational meeting on Thursday, October 22, from 6-7 p.m. in Rackham's 2nd floor West Study Hall, South Alcove, to learn more!

We appointed Mayela Montenegro, a Master's student in Public Policy, to the position of Elections Director. Mayela will begin her work with us at next week's general Board meeting.
The Elections Committee is made up of Michael Benson, Adam Cole, Ethan Eagle, Gwynne Morrissey, Karen Tam, and our newest member, Martin Vega.
The Elections Committee shall provide active advisement and procedural help to the Elections Director, aiding him/her in running a smooth and timely election this fall. (Elections happen online at http://www.mvoteblue.com from 12 a.m. on 11/18 to 11:59 p.m. on 11/19.)
